Trust the Tick

In order for companies to achieve Trust the Tick Status they must have passed and agreed to the following criteria.

Identity Check

Photographic identification with current address verification. For both Business and Residential address

Credit Checked

All insurances checked confirmed and validated for all works stated they are able to undertake or state via website they undertake

A federation representative has visited three separate properties and witnessed the full Spray foam removal process from Beginning to completion. One property must have had timber repairs completed to required standard and one property must have had new breathable membrane fitted either in part or full to the underside of the roof.

They demonstrate that they dispose of waste lawfully and under Environmental Agency regulations. With all waste carriers’ licences checked and validated.

A Federation representative will have spoken to Ten previous customers in person or via telephone conversation and all subsequent evidence supplied to satisfy Federation requirements.

They have evidence that they have a proven complaints procedure.

All claims made regarding the Validity of their operations such as Certifications and accreditation for Mortgages-Insurance-Equity release have been validated.

Evidence financial status to show they are solvent and able to cover any required costs.

Will not ask for deposits or partial payments unless prior agreed in writing subject to individual circumstances or size of project.

Have evidenced their competence at arranging for remedial works to be undertaken as part of any accidental damage caused because of removing Spray foam.

All damage caused a result of spray foam being removed will be rectified t no additional cost unless prior agreement has been reached before any potential damage has occurred.

Have signed a customer satisfaction guarantee to ensure that every property is fit for Mortgage or equity release after works have been undertaken.

Have signed and undertaking to guarantee all works will meet our high standards of customer expectations and care.

All Spray foam removal projects will be evidenced individually with photos and videos.

All independent surveys relating to any professional standards challenge will be paid for.
